I had the chance to visit the May 4th Memorial at Kent State University last year. It is very powerful. In particular, the places where the four students were killed is still a parking lot, with the four places marked off with lights. It is an every day reminder of what happened.

I forgot the anniversary. Damn. What's going to be our Kent State if Sandy Hook doesn't change this shit?

Sandy hook? Fool, if ever there was and argument that the general citizenry be armed, Kent State is it.

  • Sadly, "Sandy Hook" is NOT it.... Go to google/images. Type in "Craft International". After you get past the corporate logos, spend a couple hours reading about "crisis actors", and "full-scale, live action drill". The school used in the Sandy Hook drill was closed years ago.
No, silly, I'm not saying we don't have a problem with gun violence. But, with 300MILLION firearms+, why is there so "little*? I heard NO mention of Kent State a couple days ago, on mainstream media. But when I clicked the CSNY video above, I could feel my eyes wetten in about 4 notes....It was NOT an accident that the Nat. Guard soldiers had live ammo, or that they aimed *at* the crowd, and not *over*there*heads*. Thank God it was only 4 that day.
Do you REALLY not know where the term "megadeath" came from, or all that it implies? How quickly and easily we forget what we never knew, and how firmly we cling to our Manchurean Candidate delusions....
