So, is scientopia going the way of all utopias?
DM, have you seen this?
Reminds me of peer review too. And fits with your themes of systematic bias against young investigators or others not 'in the established club'.
I do not think people are generally aware that you have made two more recent posts at that blog? Is this one retired? Is that one a backup of this blog? Is there a technical reason those posts are not visible here?
Perhaps it has something to do with this.
You know, DM, it's OK to move your blog to wherever the heck you want. But why post in two places at once? You have recent content both here and over at wordpress. Are we Faithful Readers supposed to keep bouncing around the internet hunting for your pearls of wisdom?
Aren't you worried that some of us might get lost during the hunt? For instance, over there you posted that marijuana kills people, and there was not even a peep from Isabel. She's probably wandering gormlessly in internet limbo, bereft of a contact point on which to moor and explode.

Do, or do not.

Not really. My readers are a smart bunch.
I'm with Grumble on this. It's very confusing having some new content here, some new content there, and some overlapping posts at both. Some comments here are mirrored, others not. Adding to the fun, here links to there but there does not link back to here. Just pick one frickin' place and stay with it FFS! "My readers are smart" is just codespeak for "I'm a special snowflake and deserve to have 2 sites and everyone else can just deal".
christ, you people are fucking insane.
